Employment & HR

Contracts, policies and workplace matters for employers and senior executives alike.

Employment problems escalate through paperwork that was never quite right: an offer letter that contradicts the handbook, a termination handled without process, a policy nobody acknowledged. We fix the documents first, then handle the situations that arise.

We advise employers on the full employment lifecycle, and separately represent senior executives on their own appointments and exits.

What’s included

  • Employment contracts and offer documentation
  • Handbooks and workplace policy suites
  • POSH compliance, committee setup and training
  • Disciplinary process and termination guidance
  • Separation agreements and settlement terms
  • Executive appointment and exit negotiation

How it runs

  1. Audit the paperwork

We read what you actually issue to staff and find the inconsistencies before someone else does.

  2. Rebuild the core documents

Contracts, handbook and policies made consistent with each other and with current law.

  3. Handle live matters

Guidance on the specific situation in front of you, with the process documented as you go.

  4. Train the team

A short session so the people applying the policies understand them.

Common questions

Do you act for employees as well as employers?

We act for employers, and separately for senior executives on their own contracts and exits. We do not act on both sides of the same matter.

Is a POSH committee mandatory for a small company?

The requirement turns on headcount and the specifics of your workplace. It is a short conversation to establish exactly what applies to you, and an inexpensive one to get right.

Can you help with a termination that has already gone wrong?

Yes. Come to us sooner rather than later; the options narrow considerably once a claim has been filed.
