Litigation Coordinator

The Position

Direct and synchronize multi-forum commercial recovery litigation across pan-Indian court corridors. You will manage court timelines, brief senior counsel, and ensure aggressive execution of attachment orders and decrees.

Scope of Work

1. 01Manage pan-Indian litigation dockets across Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Debt Recovery Tribunals
2. 02Prepare comprehensive case briefs, strategy memorandums, and trial bundles for senior counsel
3. 03Track interim relief applications, attachment before judgment petitions, and decree execution proceedings
4. 04Maintain rigorous client reporting and enforce service level agreements across external counsel networks

Qualifications

• LL.B. with at least 2 years of active commercial litigation or court coordination experience
• In-depth familiarity with civil procedure, summary suits under Order XXXVII CPC, and execution under Order XXI
• Exceptional organizational discipline and project management skills
