Standing Lawyers is now Standing Lawyers™

The firm's name and its column device now carry the ™ symbol.

Applications to register the name Standing Lawyers and the column device as trade marks were filed at the Trade Marks Registry on 5 August 2026, in Class 45. The ™ symbol shows that the firm claims these as its marks while the applications are pending. They are not yet registered trade marks, and the firm does not use the ® symbol, which is reserved for a registered mark.

The firm will update this announcement when the applications are decided.
